# Account

> Your personal settings in Lane — name, profile image, and password.

Your Account settings are the personal details that represent you in the workspace. Your name and image appear across Lane — on comments, assignments, and anywhere you show up to teammates — so keeping them current makes collaboration clearer.

Find them in **Settings → Account**.

## What you can update

* **Name** — shown to your teammates across Lane.
* **Image** — your profile picture in the workspace.
* **Password** — update it anytime for security. (If you signed up with Google or another provider, you sign in through them and won't have a Lane password to change.)

## FAQs

**Q: Can I change my email address?**\
A: Your registered email can't be changed. Contact support if you need help.

**Q: Where do I change my password?**\
A: Under **Settings → Account**, if your account uses a Lane password. Accounts created through Google or another provider sign in through that provider instead.
