Lane uses a small set of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”) to deliver the service. Each one processes only the data needed for its function.

Infrastructure

Product features

For sub-processors located outside the EU, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See the GDPR page for details.

Integrations you connect

When you connect a tool such as Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, Granola, Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Notion, Jira, Asana, Google Drive, or GitHub, data flows between Lane and that tool at your direction. Those services act under your own agreements with them, not as Lane’s sub-processors.

Changes

This page is the source of truth for our sub-processors, and we keep it current. Customers with a signed Data Processing Agreement receive at least 7 days’ advance notice of material changes by email, with the opportunity to object.
