A View is a saved slice of your Feedback — your filters, grouping, sorting, and layout, kept as a named shortcut you can jump back to. Instead of rebuilding “unresolved bugs from enterprise accounts” every time, you set it up once and it’s one click away. Views are personal: yours are yours, and don’t change what anyone else sees.

What a View captures

A View remembers how you’ve configured the Feedback list:
  • Filters — narrow to what you care about (status, tags, product area, customer, and more).
  • Group by — cluster rows by a field to see structure at a glance.
  • Sort — order by what matters for this View.
  • Layout — how the list is displayed.

Layouts

The Feedback list can be shown three ways, and a View remembers which you chose:
  • Inbox — a focused, one-at-a-time reading layout, good for triaging new feedback.
  • List — a dense table for scanning and sorting across many items.
  • Kanban — a board that groups items into columns, good for seeing distribution across a field.

Saving and organizing Views

Set up the list the way you want, then save it — it appears under My Views in the sidebar. From there:
  • Favorite a View (the menu) to pin the ones you use most under Favorites.
  • Reorder Views by dragging them in the sidebar.
  • Update a View by changing its configuration and saving again.
Saving Views is available on the Business plan (and during the trial). On Starter and Pro you’ll see an “Upgrade to add views” prompt in the sidebar.

Best practices

  • Build Views around real workflows — “needs triage,” “high-priority this week,” “requests from at-risk accounts” — not just field combinations.
  • Favorite the few you check daily so they’re always at the top.
  • Name them for the job, so a teammate reading over your shoulder knows what each one is for.
