Configuration and Setup

To connect Lane with Zapier:
  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Zapier in your Lane workspace.
  2. Click Connect with Zapier to open the Lane app in Zapier.
  3. Create a new Zap and choose Lane as the Trigger or Action app.
  4. Authenticate using your Lane API key.

  • Forward feedback from HubSpot tickets into Lane automatically.
You can select whether the record should be created as an Idea or Feedback using the “Record Type” field in Zapier.
