Connect
Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion and connect your Notion workspace via OAuth, granting Lane access to the pages and databases you want it to work with. Available on Pro and Business.Send a Plan to Notion
From a Plan, use Send to → Notion. Lane creates a Notion page from the Plan’s Overview — its title and written content — so the brief lands where your team reads. The Overview is the shared narrative; live pages like Insights aren’t exported. The Plan’s content is a one-way export — editing the Notion page doesn’t change the Plan in Lane, which stays the source of truth for the underlying feedback, signals, and customer context. What does flow back is status (below).Keep status in sync
In the Notion settings, choose a database and its status property, then map that property’s values to your Lane Plan statuses. When someone changes a page’s status in Notion, Lane picks it up and updates the linked Plan’s status automatically — so Lane reflects where the work actually is.Close the loop automatically
Status sync is what makes the whole loop close on its own:- Someone moves the page to a shipped status in Notion.
- The linked Plan flips to that status in Lane automatically.
- Because the Plan reached a shipped status, closing the loop fires — every customer behind the Plan’s committed feedback is told, in the source they originally used: a reply in their Slack thread, a note on their Intercom or Zendesk conversation.
